Q: In what formats will the product be offered?
A: You have a choice of how to purchase Travels with Music™: Each series of Travels with Music can be delivered via either online subscription (sent to one email address only, and accessed through a personal password) or on an interactive DVD (for computer) or on a full-screen DVD-Video (for television/computer DVD players) mailed to any postal address worldwide.
Q: Why do the videos sometimes stop?
A: Enough of the chosen video must be loaded into your system for it to play (this is called “buffering”). As videos buffer, a “buffering” message will appear. Depending on your connection and system speeds, more of the video may need to buffer during playback, causing slight pauses to occur — this is normal.
